Senior Commercial Manager; International Services and Solutions Lead – Americas

Hired to support and lead a regional commercial function for [] North American operations. Oversaw a broad range of commercial, corporate, and transactional legal matters for functional areas (Financial Services, Insurance, Cyber MSS, Cyber Consulting, et al.) to finance, sales, pre-sales, professional services, IT security, compliance, and operational groups company-wide. Managed contract and pricing activities, including commercial deal structure, contract negotiation, implementation, and monitoring of performance obligations, regulatory compliance, delivery, and related costs.

• Advised global leadership on issues, disputes, and impact of regulations. Held full responsibility for reviewing proposals, administering contracts, and negotiating service agreements, software licensing agreements, statements of work (SOW), and change requests/orders.
